The snow’s gone, hopefully the taxes are done, the grass is growing and you are ready to cruise!

Our first cruise is less than a month away – The Cinco de Mayo cruise at Kittanning Township Fire hall grounds on Wednesday, May 5, 2010. Everything will be finalized at our Wednesday, April 28th meeting.

Also, our first Cadet Cruise will be Wednesday, May 19th with our site clean up date of Saturday morning, May 8th with a clean up rain date of Saturday, May 15th. Breakfast at the Cadet will be at 9AM and the clean up will start at 10 AM. The breakfast at the Cadet, especially with the fresh-ground sausage is excellent! Please plan to come out and help.

Our Kalmar Cruise for HAVIN will be on Saturday, July 10th.

Check all cruises right on the web page, above the letter from the President. Thanks to Dennis Gaggini’s listing work and Bill Johnson’s Webmastering, you really only need to go to the club website to get all of your cruise, shows and swap meets information for the season. If you haven’t been there yet, just go to WWW.kithannecarclub.com and check it out. You can even get your car in the home page slide show – just get a digital picture to Bill Johnson at bill@zmax.us .

Our overnighter trip will be Saturday/Sunday, October 30/31. We’ll participate in the Fall Murder Mystery at the Riverside Inn, Cambridge, PA. The same weekend at the Riverside Inn, there will be an Octoberfest that we can enjoy.

The Fall Banquet will be on Saturday, November 6th at the Kittanning Elks dining room.

And, our trip to Tara, Kraynak’s and Daffins Candies will be on Sunday, November 20th.

We’ll get the details to you soon.

Please remember that we need goodie bag items for the cruises. So, if you have connections, please use them. Member Kevin Brown got us some nice Home Depot giveaways.

Our next club meeting is Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at Teresa’s Royal Allegheny. Dinner at 6 PM and meeting at 7 PM.
